Biography
I have always enjoyed physical exercise starting playing rugby at 13 I have since been associated with boxing, mui Thai and all kinds of muscle building exercises, I have also been able to acquire a far greater nutritional knowledge due to my association with a good friend Graham Weinberg owner of red 23 (the best health products I have ever come across!).
Being a good personal trainer requires:
- the desire to help people on a personal and not just on a professional level
- the listen to and educate others on the constantly changing world of fitness
My training style is all about making training fun by keeping it fresh and different (for the best results your body needs a regularly changing stimulus). As such you will often see me out side with my clients pushing a car up and down the street, or boxing (to get the heart rate up in a fun way).
I have recently returned from Swaziland, South Africa, where with my brother Tim and I had been lecturing in the capital city, Mbabane. This was a richly rewarding experience as it truly made me appreciate how much we have and also was a joy to train people that didn't have the kind of training knowledge available over here. Also as a result of this W.B.F. will be sponsoring the building of a gym for the young adults in the rehab centre.
