Biography - Personal Trainer

I only train men who are serious about getting an amazing body in a short amount of time .  Unlike other trainers I do not work on a pay per hour basis as I know this does not work.  Instead I focus most of my attentions on 20 dedicated men who want to build a powerful, lean and impressive body in only 12 weeks.

As one of "The 20" you will drop fat, build muscle, improve every physiological marker of health and leave the program totally in control of your body to finish your journey as the complete package.  In 3 months you will have the best body you have had for years, or perhaps your entire life, and know EXACTLY what to do if you want to get a cover model physique, this I am willing to stake my whole reputation on!
