Our Intensive Bootcamps are very effective and can give you a real boost towards your fitness goals like nothing else can because it is not just 2 weeks of exercising a bit more but is 2 weeks to take a break from the unhealthy city mentality that is the culprit for increased bellies, flappier bingo wings and mild heart attacks when the escalator is broken!

The Intensive bootcamp plan is simple:

  • You train every day for 2 weeks except for Sunday with the training structured so that you do not over work certain parts of the body but instead get stronger, faster and leaner as your metabolism and calorie count goes through the roof.
  • You follow a simple diet that involves cutting out all the unnecessary sugars, stimulants (although coffee is allowed), junk food and bad fats.
  • Eat "clean" unprocessed food and stay hydrated
  • Sleep! Actually sleep! Go to bed at a reasonable hour to make sure you get 8 hours sleep. 
  • Alcohol gets its own bullet point! 2 weeks without booze? If you can’t do that I think alarm bells should be ringing.

Day 1: Wake up with your fridge, cupboards and snack drawer filled with "Bootcamp friendly foods". Follow the plan that you have written down by getting in your breakfast. The training session that day will be bodyweight specific and cardio based to get you ready for the days to come. Measurements to start.


Day 2: Abs and upper body training - Kettlebells.


Day 3: Legs and core training - Kettlebells.


Day 4: Cardio and stretching.


Day 5: Abs and upper body training – TRX and resistance bands.


Day 6: Legs and core training – TRX, Kettlebells and body weight training.


Day 7: On the seventh day you rest. Sleep well, eat well and recover.


Day 8: Abs and upper body training – All equipment.


Day 9: Legs, core and agility training – Kettlebells and body weights.


Day 10: Cardio


Day 11: The Joker – Dependant on how the group feels. Measurements


Bootcamp times will be the same as the times that each venues classes usually run on ie The City sessions are 07:00!

The need for extra focus means that we must put a limit on the amount of people that can attend the intensive bootcamp and that number is 12!!
