Get toned, drop fat and improve all aspects of your fitness in only 3 hours a week whilst having fun in the fresh air.  We pride ourselves on making sure that everyone who trains with us gets the best outdoor bootcamp experience ever whilst making friends and having fun.  WBF bootcamp classes bridge the gap between the  usual cardio based bootcamps that don't work and personal training using all the wonders below :)

Each fitness class features a variety of training methods that you may not have encountered before. We make them fun and ensure you get the maximum benefit from each one:

Boxing involves fast, dynamic and powerful movements; teaching good technique whilst providing a great calorie burning workout. Boxing is great for fat burning, increasing cardiovascular fitness, improving muscle tone and flexibility, as well as being a great stress reliever. Boxing (along with kettle bells) burns far more calories than most other training methods: 700 calories an hour, compared to jogging which burns around 500 an hour - we are sure you will agree that boxing is much more fun as well!

The kettle bell or 'girya' is a traditional Russian cast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. Kettle bells are an amazing way of achieving high levels of strength and endurance: they enable you to perform literally hundreds of different exercises, which will work your entire body. On first impressions kettle bells may appear difficult to use, but once a good technique is achieved the kettle bell is one of the best pieces of kit for anyone who wants to sculpt a fabulous looking body. Kettlebell classes will make you burn fat and lose weight like nothing else all while letting you maintain a fast metabolism to keep the weight off. No other boot camps such as the army bootcamp fitness sessions or usual cardio based fitness classes do this.

Circuit Training is another way to really burn calories and strengthen the body, even for those short on time. This type of training is much more cardio based as it links multiple exercises together to elevate the heart rate and really push your endurance to the limit. Our circuit training is made up of exercise combinations from multiple disciplines including kick-boxing, kettle bells and boot camp style training, making every high energy class great fun. Both Clapham fitness and Wandsworth fitness classes have everything you need to burn fat or build muscle.

Every single exercise you do with this piece of equipment works your stomach and core muscles intensely, so even when you are performing a simple arm curl you are sculpting an amazing midriff at the same time. The TRX is quickly becoming one of the most popular products on the fitness scene, with everyone from military personnel, to high fashion models singing its praises.
