As personal trainers in London everything we do is geared towards making sure that our personal training sessions are as individual as the people that we train. You will never be given a program that is not totally specific to your needs meaning that one person may do mostly circuit or weight training whereas the next could do more functional training aimed at improving posture or relieving back pain.  We are mobile personal trainers working in London and focusing on SW London, Liverpool street, Bank, Moorgate and the City of London.  Our main gym is Aegis Training, 16 Hewitt Street, EC2A 3NN here we have equipment that no other gym or personal training studios have in London.

As a personal training client you will be coached through every step of the way towards achieving your goals whether they are to lose body fat, increase muscle or just to feel more energetic throughout the day. Your personal training experience will include dietary advice, posture/movement analysis and anything else that your trainer feels is necessary in order for you to achieve the targets desired in the most effective way.

Boxing involves fast, dynamic and powerful movements; teaching good technique whilst providing a great calorie burning workout. Boxing is great for fat burning, increasing cardiovascular fitness, improving muscle tone and flexibility, as well as being a great stress reliever. Boxing (along with kettle bells) burns far more calories than most other training methods: 700 calories an hour, compared to jogging which burns around 500 an hour - we are sure you will agree that boxing is much more fun as well!

The kettle bell or 'girya' is a traditional Russian cast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. Kettle bells are an amazing way of achieving high levels of strength and endurance: they enable you to perform literally hundreds of different exercises, which will work your entire body. On first impressions kettle bells may appear difficult to use, but once a good technique is achieved the kettle bell is one of the best pieces of kit for anyone who wants to sculpt a fabulous looking body. Kettlebell classes will make you burn fat and lose weight like nothing else all while letting you maintain a fast metabolism to keep the weight off. No other boot camps such as the army bootcamp fitness sessions or usual cardio based fitness classes do this.

Circuit Training is another way to really burn calories and strengthen the body, even for those short on time. This type of training is much more cardio based as it links multiple exercises together to elevate the heart rate and really push your endurance to the limit. Our circuit training is made up of exercise combinations from multiple disciplines including kick-boxing, kettle bells and boot camp style training, making every high energy class great fun. Both Clapham fitness and Wandsworth fitness classes have everything you need to burn fat or build muscle.

Resistance training should be an integral part of any persons exercise regime whether you want to increase muscle size, tone or just lose a bit of weight. The way resistance or "weight" training works is by improving muscle tone in the body which in turn increases the body's metabolism meaning more calories are burnt throughout the day. This is why we tend to put on weight as we pass 30 when the body begins to breakdown its muscle, 0.5 – 1% a year in fact, meaning our metabolism slows leading to an increase in fat – simple isn't it.

A woman's body goes through many changes — both before and after childbirth. The prenatal and postnatal training services offered by WBF can help you keep your strength and posture. Our prenatal and postnatal training focuses on improving your abdominal and pelvic stabilization, while at the same time enhancing your physical fitness.

Our workouts are not over until you've had the chance to stretch. After your workout is done, we help you stretch all your important muscles. Stretching relaxes the mind and body, taking away soreness and tension as well as reducing the risk of injury.
